I had a really positive experience at Goodyear. Jamie and Vicky were both very helpful and patient, and they took care of all my paperwork and phone calls without any issues. They made everything easy and kept me updated throughout the process. Martin worked on my vehicle again and did a great job as always. I appreciate the reliable service and the way the whole team handles everything professionally. I’ll definitely be returning.

As I make this post, I am not upset nor disgruntled.Just disappointed. I took my vehicle to this establishment to have a transaxle replaced three weeks ago And I am still waiting. Because the price they gave me was lower than what there told me.When I went to pay to pick up my truck, i was told that the guy had quoted. The initial price is no longer working there. Now $,1100 more, and now they tell me, I need a front transfer case. Sure i said, go ahead, fix it. This was 2 days ago. They said it would be ready in a few hours. Well, now I just called and told me that the part that was delivered to them was wrong. And now it's going to be Monday I am very disappointed in this establishment and their practice of business. Now it seems i'm going to have to handle this in a legal manner.

I dropped my car off here for repairs and got it back in worse condition than when I brought it in. Instead of fixing the problem, it feels like more issues were created. When I tried to address my concerns, I was met with rude behavior and felt completely dismissed. It honestly felt like they were more focused on taking my money than actually helping me. My car did not have this many problems before coming here. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before bringing their vehicle to this shop. Make sure you get everything in writing and understand exactly what work

Had a quick and wonderful experience at Goodyear this morning. Stop in because tie monitor light was on. Justin provided friendly service as he check me in. Within minutes I was ready to go. Tires checked and filled with air. The best part no charge. Thank you to the staff and Justin!!

I wanted to leave a fair and honest review because while the repair was eventually completed, the overall process was extremely drawn out and poorly managed. I first brought my car in on December 31st and didn’t get it fully repaired and returned until mid-January. During that time, I experienced repeated delays, missed completion timelines, and inconsistent communication. On more than one occasion I was told the work would be finished the same day, only to find out later that it wasn’t. The biggest issue was that the shop ordered the wrong catalytic converter and cut the original part off before confirming the replacement was correct, leaving my car inoperable while waiting on another part. This significantly extended the repair timeline and left me without my vehicle for days longer than expected. To their credit, the warranty ultimately covered the repairs, and the shop did provide a vehicle so I wasn’t completely stranded. Once everything was approved, the work was completed and I didn’t have any out-of-pocket costs. I do appreciate that effort. That said, the lack of accurate timelines, incorrect part ordering, and overall coordination made this a much more stressful and time-consuming experience than it should have been. Even accounting for warranty approvals and parts delays, this repair should not have taken as long as it did. This shop may be fine for very straightforward work, but based on my experience, I would be cautious using them for more complex repairs where planning, communication, and follow-through really matter.
