I can’t say enough good things about Auto Clinic. They repaired my truck after it was hit in a parking lot, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The quality of the work was top-notch — my truck looks absolutely perfect again. What really stood out was how accommodating they were with everything I wanted done. They met every demand I had without hesitation and made sure everything was done exactly right. Gus was phenomenal to work with throughout the whole process. He was professional, responsive, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with the outcome. If you’re looking for a body shop that truly cares about their customers and takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Auto Clinic. Fantastic experience all around!

I took my car in 2 auto clinic. The atmosphere is great. The service is great. I have no complaints.Owner took good care of me. I took my vehicle in for my coolant system. They also checked to make sure there was no more issues with my car and I am very happy with the results. My car is cooler than it's been in a long time? I am so thankful that we still have good people. And they're very reasonable and honest, that is the most important thing to me that they do not try to take advantage of you because you are a woman alone. I had an excellent experience with Auto Clinic of Eastpoint. The team was incredibly professional and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Even without an appointment, they took my car in right away, ran a quick diagnostic, and sent me clear videos explaining the issues along with a detailed quote. What really impressed me was their efficiency—they completed what was essentially an eight‑hour job in a single day with no delays. The communication was great throughout, and my car has been running perfectly ever since. It’s rare to find a shop this organized, transparent, and customer‑focused. Highly recommend.

Got my starter replaced. Picked up my car and went to pick the kids up from school and it wouldnt start again. They replaced it a second time, saying the first one they replaced it with was “faulty.” Here I am 2 weeks later on our way home from vacation and the car wont start again. Im in a different state with 3 kids, no car and no money. We are literally sitting in a hotel lobby with no where to go, making calls trying to borrow money to get it fixed again and for a room at the hotel. I called them yesterday and told them the situation. He basically said, well bring it up. Im 4 hrs away. I dont have 1300 to toe it back to Michigan. So thanks guys! Take advantage of a female and now we are in this situation. Hope you can all look in the mirror and feel good about yourselves.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would !!!! I brung my car in for a wheel alignment and ac recharge . They said they wouldn’t be able to do my wheel alignment without suspension work and they were not able to complete the ac recharge but I walked out with a bill for 2.5k for suspension work and 1.5k to fix my air . I denied the service and the moment I got back into my car right after I received my car back my fan was extremely loud like the car was running but it was off for about a week . I called to let them know what was going on . They denied having anything to do with that , but a few days later the fan killed my battery and my car wouldn’t start . I took it back up there to get it fixed they told me a price with the suspension work plus the work to get my car started . They said the mounts to keep my engine up had fallen and that’s what made my fan sound like that , so I said okay . The price for suspension work + whatever was going on with my fan was $3990 almost 4,000 . I paid it and everything was fine . I picked up my car the next day to realize , my car was making the same sound it was making to lead to the suspension work and my hood was broken !! I called the shop immediately, they said bring it back up ! I brung my car back up the next morning to address the broken hood…one guy said they didn’t go under the hood for anything … I made the guy run back the cameras and sure my car was fine before I dropped it off and it showed on the camera . While in the middle of running the cameras back another guy came and got me to blame everything on the body work of my car . At first he said he didn’t break the hood of my car , then said he had to break the hood of my car to fix my car . It was plenty excuses and zero accountability . The guy put me out when I was explaining that my hood was not broken when I came and their cameras even showed that , but I was not accommodated for that or my suspension problem that they first blamed on a lot of things being broken under my car , then said it’s my bumper which is why it’s making that sound . Just a whole bunch of back and forth and lies . I do not recommend this shop. Not to mention they gave me a price over the phone of $490 for a diagnostic and when I got there and looked at my receipts the diagnostics was $1,000 . I mentioned that to the manager he said he had no clue because he doesn’t handle any of this stuff !!! Another guy said it was my fault because I agreed with it the moment I walked out and didn’t look at the receipt . I was not accommodated for anything !!!
