I really debated writing this because Sam was very friendly when I initially called to inquire about services. I brought my car in for a tune-up and was told they’d need to perform a full vehicle overview for $60, which seemed like a great deal compared to the dealership’s $200 charge. However, I left disappointed with the service I received. The “tune-up” ended up being nothing more than a spark plug and air filter replacement. Based on my research, most places include more comprehensive work with a tune-up, and I expected the same from South Park. Communication throughout the process was poor—I had to call multiple times just to get updates. To make matters worse, my car doesn’t drive any better than before, and now there’s a ticking noise when it idles, which has me concerned that something was done incorrectly. The total charge was $280, with only $111 of that going toward parts. I was told labor was $200, then given a $53 “discount,” which honestly felt like a way to waive the $60 inspection they never really performed. Now I’m stuck spending even more money elsewhere just to verify that my vehicle is safe and everything was done properly. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Lesson learned.

Everyone at this shop treats your car as if it were their own. My truck required major repairs, and they completed them within a week. They even went the extra mile by providing recommendations after the repairs. Don’t go to any other shop until you talked to Sam!

They put a new one in and discovered something else was wrong with the car the warranty company did not want to fix it, but they stayed on their backs and got it done they wanted to make sure that I left there with my car running the way it should run Sam and George are great they care about their customers

Their auto financing comes in handy when you don't have the funds to fix your vehicle. They are not always the most affordable around and their communication for updates is lacking, so stay on top of them about updates on your vehicle, but they are a great shop. I've personally brought them quite a lot of business. Check them out. Let them know TK sent you.
