Always good service. Gets your car back to you same day in most cases unless it is something really major. Diagnose the issues and gives you fair pricing and explanations. Mechanics knowledgeable on mechanical and electrical work. Manager is great! Eddie.

I want to give a special shout out to Joe, he went above and beyond to display exceptional customer service! From finding me any discount i may qualify for, to making sure i got home safe while my car was being serviced. Joe kept me in the loop the entire time, he has great positive energy and it just made my overall experience one to remember! View on GoogleI brought a truck in for repair to Eastpointe Service Center. The shop had the truck for almost 4 weeks and the first three weeks they did nothing, sat in the lot all that time after being told it would only take 4.5 hours of work. I have tried to talk with the manager, assistant manager, tried to get ahold of the general manager, for anybody to discuss this situation with and nobody will return calls. They didn't do the work that they were supposed to do. After being in the lot for almost 2 weeks they charged my credit card the full amount of the work that wasn't even started at that time and did not complete the work they were to do! Here we are four weeks later and I had to take the truck to another company to do the work that Eastpointe was suppose to do, and never completed and messed the truck up! They did not do nothing! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! LOOKING FOR THE GENERAL MANAGER OR OWNER!
