WOW! Exceptional work by Steven at Clovers. Unbelievable transformation of my 30+ year old vintage Baldwin brass handleset. I couldn’t be happier with the results! It honestly looks brand new! They handled my item with such care and attention, and their customer service was excellent from start to finish. You can tell they really take pride in what they do. I highly recommend them to anyone needing brass or metal polishing—whatever you may have. You will be so happy you did!!

I’ve been bringing my car to Clovers for a few years now, for all of my mechanical repairs. For the first time, I had autobody repairs done at Clovers by a guy name Steve, I believe he is new there. Before bringing my car in, I spoke with Steve in person and showed him my car. Both doors on the passenger side were damaged from someone sided swiping my car. I asked Steve if he could repair it like new, and he said that he could. I spoke with the owners of the shop about it, paid half of the estimated cost, and they started working towards the job soon after. When I brought the car in it was early September 2025. They first started with ordering a part called a rocker panel, which was supposed to be shipped from overseas, and replacement doors. The doors they said were found at a junkyard and were in pretty decent condition. It was offered to me that they could replace the doors before the rocker arrived, that way half of the job would be complete sooner. I brought the car into the shop for the doors and when I got it back a few days later, I saw the two doors did not match the original doors. The replacement doors were of a different model and so the color was different, as well as the molding on the doors were chrome. The original molding was black. I brought this to Steves attention and he said that he didn’t realize this until he started putting the doors on. This oversight could have been mentioned prior to me coming to pick up my car but it was not. It is also relevant to mention that when I picked up the car the doors were dirty, spider webs were all over the inside door handles (which I didn’t notice until my niece screamed about it later that day). The doors were also poorly aligned as they were hard to close. After talking with Steve he said that this was a simple fix; that he could just replace to molding and would do that when I brough the car back for the rocker panel. The rocker panel never came. I ended calling about 3 weeks later to follow up and was told that the overseas company said that the part was too heavy to ship and they would look to find another part elsewhere. About 5 days later they told me that I could bring the car in for the work to be finished, this is now around October 21, 2025. The car was back in the shop for about another two weeks. When I went to pick it up November 8, 2025, I was very disappointed with the “finished job”. The rocker panel was not aligned the doors were still dirty and of a different color, the doors were still not aligned well and rusting, which I had not noticed until then, and the cherry on top, Steve left the sale price tag attached to the part on my car. I was so disappointed. I paid $2900 for Steve’s sloppy and unprofessional work. I tried to take the car to another autobody shop to correct these mistakes (redo the rocker panel and paint the doors the same color as my car, I was denied because no one wants to work over someone else’s bad work). I ended up taking the car back to Steve to implore him to do the right thing and fix his mistakes… He did paint the doors, but he told me there was nothing more that he could do for the rocker panel because they never found the part, and that was the reason for it being misalign. What a surprise, he did not mention this before when he presented my car as “finished and ready to be picked up”. Now we are here January 20, 2026, and I’ve noticed the molding on the doors that were “replaced” are peeling and showing chrome beneath the black. Steve did not replace the molding as he said that he did, he simply just painted over it. I had resigned to not write a bad review when I had picked up my car in November, however, today in January with this new discovery, it is needed. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO CLOVERS COLLISION FOR STEVE TO DO ANY AUTOBODY REPAIRS. HE IS DISHONEST AND DOES VERY SLOPPY WORK. FOR MECHANICAL REPAIRS, THEY HAVE AN AWESOME MECHANIC! DO NOT TRUST STEVE FOR YOUR AUTOBODY REPAIRS!

This place was amazing! I took my car in for an estimate , they had parts one week later and had it done in the same day! they switched out a bumper and my hatchback of my 2015 Kia Soul and gave me a great price on it. 100% recommend. Steve was also great to deal with and had good customer service. It looks brand new when it was done

Other places told me I needed a new abs module, but clovers diagnosed a speed sensor at drivers front wheel that was stopping abs from working, Steve saved me a ton, plus found a broken front coil spring so I had the shocks(struts?) Changed as well. Excellent no hassle service! Thank you Steve ill recommend clovers to everyone! Loved it so much i decided to get a job at clovers!
