Had some unexpected rubbing on a vehicle that I needed a shop to look at. I can't say enough good things about the experience. I was able to meet the general manager and owner in my visit, welcomed to wait in a very comfortable welcoming lobby and treated with great service and great outcome for my vehicle. While I hope to never need body work, if needed I will come here. Having seen photos of custom work they do for vehicles, I will definitely consider coming here for enhancements down the road.

So on March 18th, I was involved in an accident with a tow truck driver. After getting my vehicle towed to the shop and then transported to Xcel collision for body repairs, I was consistently contacted and given weekly updates by my insurance company and Jack (co-owner of Xcel collision) regarding suspension work being in progress and updates regarding part delays with new estimated completion dates. the earliest completion date being April 22nd, and then pushed back to April 28th. It was over a long month process, but well worth the wait in the end. Both Jack and Rachel (co-owners of Xcel collision) were in contact with me every step of the way to ensure me that everything would be a smooth process and I would have nothing to worry about, and were very warm and friendly in providing their updates, so for that I say thank you! I will definitely recommend this body shop to anyone needing any auto body repair, paint work, etc. service done to their vehicles in the future. Keep up the great work!

Bought a 2015 Mitsubishi last year and the headlights were awful. Had the the whole headlight assembly replaced and I can finally see at night! Also, I had a loose tie rod that was repaired. Rachel and the sales manager at the front desk were very friendly and Jerred and his team in the back provided quality work for a reasonable price.

Xcel Collision is the place to go for any collision repair needs. I recently had both front and rear collision work done on my 2020 Jeep, and the results were incredible it looks brand new. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. They even went above and beyond by picking me up from my house when I didn’t have a way to get to the shop. At first, the 5-star reviews almost seemed too good to be true, but after my experience, I can confidently say they are well deserved. Hopefully I won’t need more repairs in the future, but if I do, I will definitely be returning to Xcel Collision.

Best Collision repair place around. My truck had front end damage not only did they make it look brand new but went above and beyond by disputing used parts my insurance company wanted to use and got brand new OEM parts!!!! My truck is also orange and they did an amazing job color matching my paint!! I can’t even tell I got in an accident anymore.
