Any and all Honda drivers in Metro Detroit should go here. Did a fantastic job on my back panel and no issues with insurance. I’m taking my car back for non accident related body work from now on. 10:10.

I specifically told the manager who was in charge of my claim I DONT WANT THE LOOK OF MY CAR CHANGED, I told the manager in person toe to toe, eye to eye, when I dropped my car off very simple instructions. I proceeded to express my main concerns are that this car comes out exactly how it was, I dont want the look of the car to be different. I followed up with an email to him where I clearly stated again I dont want the look of my car changed at all so I have proof via email as well. So my requests WERE NOT fulfilled, specifically it was a front bumper that had a chin spoiler on it. I got the car back and theres no chin spoiler on my front bumper. So they didn't contact me to tell me that which I have a big issue with. Also my claim took 2 months to get the parts, over a month to complete the work at the shop, and mind you I have a very nice car. I brought the car out of the garage to take it here and its winter time. I bring the car for an appointment scheduled which the shop told me "we will contact you when we get all the parts and should only be here a couple days or a week or so" so after 2 months they had all the parts, I bring the car to my appointment and after 2 weeks of not hearing from the shop. I call and they tell me "oh yea we had an issue with a part and needed to order it. I wouldn't have known unless I called. So my car a nice sports car, sat outside in the winter at this shop for over a month but they didn't bother to call me and tell me " hey this is going to take longer then expected." At this point I would have brought my car cover and put it on my vehicle considering how nice the car is. I dont drive it in the winter, The car doesnt see snow because its too nice for snow, its a high end sports car, it goes in a garage for the winter. So really upset, my car sat out in heavy winter conditions for over a month and also the shop didn't bother to call and tell me it would take longer then expected. And of course over a month later I get a call saying the cars done and of course my main concern to not change the look of my vehicle was not fullfilled! There is not a front lip/chin spoiler on my car now, which is what i specifically requested from the shop for the look of my car to not be changed what so ever. It was specifically part of the body kit on my car. Fully disregarded my main concern and the look of my cars not the same point blank. Now I dont have a front lip/chin spoiler on my front bumper. So over all they did a great job but couldnt follow simple instructions and didnt have the audacity to update me of whats going on with my car, after the estimated time frame they gave me of completion was not fulfilled. Which in my opinion is completely unprofessional you simply update your customer if things come up and if you cant follow simple request you make your customer aware and ask how they would like to proceed but they did not . Also emailed about the lip the chin spoiler after the fact to express my concerns to see what could be done about it and they hit me with a NO REPLY. THEY DONT CARE THEY GOT THERE 4500 DOLLARS AND DONT CARE ABOUT MY CONCERNS COMPLETE BS !

My husband and I are so happy with Cass Collision! Our Chevy Traverse was in a hit and run last July, and we contacted Cass Collision a couple months ago for service. They were very professional, and courteous with all of our questions. We took it in for a time estimate, and we got one for 7-8 working days. It took about 9, because they had to wait for some glass to get replaced but it’s not a big deal. You can’t even tell the car was hit! Bob called me with updates and we had no trouble with the process. Do not hesitate to reach out to them for service. Highly recommended!

I recently had some minor damage to my car after it got clipped in a parking garage. Even though it was minor, I was concerned about getting it fixed correctly given that it isn’t a common car and especially not a common color. The guys at Cass did an awesome job and were very responsive throughout the short repair process. The color matches very well, especially considering that bumpers are known to not match perfectly along with the rest of paint being 10 years old. I wouldn’t hesitate to have any additional repairs done with these guys. They were also very helpful in getting a rental car setup through insurance.
