I pulled in for an oil change and had a rattle. Seems the heat shield under the car was dislodged. I asked Frank if he could verify and remove the heat shield. He did, amazingly. I asked the favor before telling him I needed my oil changed. In other words, Frank was just going to do a favor for random dude with a car issue. Great customer service. The bottle of water is a nice touch as well. I felt like I traveled back in time...

View on GoogleHad my oil changed here a in January, 2026. My car started smelling like burnt oil a couple weeks later. Took it to a local mechanic and they told me it was used oil and the filter they put in was not the correct filter. The guy who changed my oil went by the name Frank. I wouldn’t trust this place.

They filled my wiper fluid & oiled all my door hinges too. I don’t get treated that well at Hodges & I bought it from them!!!! My new go to!!!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
