Stopped by Uncle Ed's Oil Shoppe while traveling through Michigan to continue spreading awareness for my missing sister, and I couldn't have had a better experience. Kye was our technician, and was absolutely outstanding. Incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and somehow made an oil change feel like entertainment. The whole experience felt more like a show than a routine service appointment. One of my favorite moments was when Kye jokingly announced that "the protesters were coming out of the bay," which completely caught me off guard and had me laughing and smiling. What was supposed to be a simple stop for an oil change turned into one of the most memorable customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Good employees make all the difference, and you've definitely got a great one in Kye. If I'm back in Michigan, this is where I'll be stopping every time, simply because of the customer service alone. Great job, Uncle Ed's. And a special shoutout to Kye for making our day a little brighter. 👏🚗⭐ 2026 Chevy Trax will vroom another day! We even missed the little pond we were even told to avoid!

Eddie is the man. I have a mechanic I usually go to but this oil change snuck up on me in a time of need. Looked at reviews and this place had very good ratings. Eddie was the one taking care of me and was awesome. Great communication, very friendly, super quick. 10/10 would recommend

You can tell they actually care about tixing your vehicle and do a thorough job of checking everything. View on GoogleCame here for the first time today; I'm still new to the area and after reading the other reviews, I chose this shop for my oil change. The guys here are super friendly (especially the manager Eddie!) and didn't try to push me or up-sell me on anything, and made me feel very comfortable. As a woman, I've had many bad experiences with other car shops trying to pull one over on me or making me feel dumb, but I didn't get that at all with the guys here. Service was fast and they explained everything for me in detail, including the costs. I will absolutely be coming back in the future and recommending this place to people I know in the area!
