It was just a simple lube and oil change. My 25 year-old GMC Safari is running like a top after 4 years of Tri-Action care, so nothing else was needed. They even honored a coupon they forgot Ito deduct from my bill last time...over fifteen months ago! That's integrity!

After discovering my engine was overheating and completely out of coolant, I was definitely feeling stressed. But Christina immediately greeted me with a warm welcome and the biggest smile — exactly what I needed in that moment. Her tone was calm, easygoing, and so gentle. It truly set the atmosphere. She even offered to have a member of the team drive me home at no charge, which was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture. What really impressed me was the thoroughness of their process. I received a full vehicle inspection complete with pictures and videos showing what needed immediate attention and what may need attention soon. That level of transparency builds so much trust. Communication from the team was fantastic as well. I received both a text message and email letting me know my car was ready, along with all the detailed inspection information. Thank you, Tri Action, for providing extraordinary customer care and going above and beyond. It makes all the difference!

And that quality is in every project they tackle. I was amazed by other customers coming and going during my stay and how detailed Tim is in making sure the customers understand all their options. No pressure to do everything they find wrong only letting you know what to expect down the road later if you can't afford everything to be repaired at the time of service. Again I highly recommend dealing with this team!

They was not only very detailed in what needed to be done to my vehicle but was very courteous and very fast on the repairs.no pressure just the bottom line and what I needed. And the icing on the cake was that they provide a courtesy ride to and from the shop🤗 that mean alot to those of us who don't have other transportation.this shop deserve all 5 stars.
