If I could give no stars, I would! I had a HORRIBLE experience! I would not recommend this place to anybody! I went in for a repair, and next thing I knew, my tire came right off my vehicle as I was driving. My lug nuts were not tightened correctly, which caused me to lose all of them, my studs were destroyed as well as my rim. When I brought my vehicle back to BJ's, I spoke with Eli and Claudine. Eli immediately greeted me with an AWFUL attitude. He walked into the room on defense, and said that according to the video footage they have, everything was done correctly and they would not be compensating me. Upon watching the video, I realized that the angle it was taken at, proves basically nothing. Nonetheless, my free repair turned into hundreds of dollars of damage. If you want a hack job with no accountability, BJ's is the place for you!!

You must come early to have your propane filled. They'll turn you away even if it's not officially closed yet. Very inconvenient. I will have to make another trip back the next day. Just cause somebody didn't want to work five minutes late.

View on GoogleGot my tires changed here and I thought it was more affordable here compared to other shops that gave me quotes. The time to get the work done was a little delayed, but I won’t hold it against them considering they were out of power for several hours. All in all the guys behind the counter were professional and made sure to address all the questions. I bombarded them with to make sure that I was getting a good deal as a member. Thankfully, they had what I was looking for in advance in stock as well, so that saved me a couple of days to have everything ordered and sent to them directly too.Seems like I got my tires just in time as well considering all the snow on ice we’ve been getting recently too.
