I wanted to take the time to share about my most recent experience today with S&K. It is not always when things go 100% perfect that makes a business great. It is when there is followup to issues and when the owner himself personally took the time out of his day to make sure he took good care of us. We recently had full brake pads and rotors done on my 2014 ram truck and I thought there was a noise after the brakes were done that didn't sound right. I came back in and he test drove the vehicle himself after his mechanic did not hear anything. He then pulled my truck in to look at the pads all still looked good. Even though they looked good he is replaced the pads again. I am grateful he took care of us so well and tracked down what the issue was. We also had a center cap emblem come off while in for service and he told us he would cover the cost for that as well and we ordered the part and he honored his word and paid us the $77.00. Not many companies stand behind their work/word but this company does. I appreciate that and unfortunately rare these days to deal with honest car places. Me and my family have taken all of our vehicles to S&K for decades and will continue to do further work with them. This experience made me realize there are still good businesses out their that care about the quality and reputation of their work. Thanks S&K.

Dropped my car off at 9 for a mid-muffler delete, got it back at noon. Total cost for my Chrysler 300 with dual exhaust was $158.30! Almost $50 cheaper than other shops I called. Guys seemed a little apathetic but that doesn't matter as long as the work is done right 👍 Great work, will definitely be recommending this shop to my friends
View on GooglePhenomenal experience. Staff was knowledgeable and were able to isolate and repair the problem quickly. Shop opened at 8:30AM and there was already a line up (for good reason.) Customers are handled on a first come first serve basis so I would suggest arriving by 8:10AM if you are looking to be first in line. Extremely satisfied with the service and the pricing. Pro tip:. Check out their website and you may find a coupon that applies to your service. Please note that they do not accept digital coupons. As stated on their coupons, they must be printed and provided prior to the start of service.
