Kim was great. My car is back to driving beautifully. They provided a loaner vehicle which was great but it was very noisy and had a peeling seal along the roof that was loose and slapped the vehicle. Still- I would recommend Morrisette Auto any day. We’ve been going there for years because my late father thought they did great work (and he was a former mechanic so that should tell you something).
View on GoogleGreat experience here. I needed help with my car ASAP; in response to my asking when the soonest they could get me in was, they said to just bring it on in. For this being a 'walk-in', I was amazed at how fast and efficiently my car was looked over, remediated, and I was out the door. They even had coffee, snacks, water, and ample seating in their lobby. Their bathroom was open and not 'out of service' like some restrooms are labeled automatically these days. Not only did they recharge my AC, but they were able to diagnose the potential culprits to why my AC went out in the first place. They even put together a quote for me that detailed what could be fixed to prevent this from reoccurring. It's the start of Day 3 since getting my AC recharged, and that AC is COLD. I really appreciate how quickly they took care of me, and I will likely be using this place in the future. I would recommend this place to you, even if you are a single female like me.
View on GoogleWe were out towers on a fishing trip. They had nothing to gain from being nice to us. But hands down the absolute best experience I have ever had at ANY auto repair shop...and I've been to a lot of them. They fixed two tires and offered hospitality that would make any southern grandma proud. Super nice people. Super fast service. Reasonable prices. Not much more you could ask for.
View on GoogleVery friendly staff, mechanics were great and gave me a very detailed explanation as to why my car was having issues. Very quick turnaround time for the fix as well! Very reasonably priced. I will definitely keep bringing my car back here for all issues moving forward. Can't recommend this place enough.
View on GoogleCame here for an oil change and couldn’t help but overhear associate Kim on the phone with a customer. The customer seemed a bit distressed, but Kim’s response was incredibly kind, empathetic, and helpful. She successfully laid out multiple options in effort to help the customer find one that suits them. Her customer service is truly outstanding! Justin at the front desk helped check me in and out, and was kind enough to update me on the status of my car and alert me of upcoming repairs I’ll need in the future. Additionally, Donovan who I believe performed my oil change was efficient and got me in and out in 30 minutes. Overall, I had a great experience! I’m glad I chose to come here! Thank you guys!! ☺️
