View on GoogleThis was one of the most unnecessarily strict inspection experiences I’ve had. The inspection felt inconsistent and overly rigid compared to other licensed stations I later visited, where my vehicle passed without any issues. Several items were treated as automatic failures here without clear explanation or willingness to discuss how they were being interpreted. I was also spoken to in a dismissive manner during the process, which made the experience frustrating and unprofessional. He also tried to charge me $200 to fix what didnt even need to be fixed. After getting a second inspection elsewhere, my vehicle passed without changes, which raises questions about how strictly or consistently standards are being applied at this location. I would recommend getting a second opinion if your vehicle is failed here, as outcomes may vary significantly depending on the station.
View on GoogleWent here for state inspection. Was told they would be right with me. Parked on the side of their office and waited by my car with my registration in hand. I watched three other vehicles pull into the lot also looking to get their inspection done and the mechanic walked right past me and helped all three of them first. When they finally did get to me they informed me that the lights over my license plate were out. I gave them the OK to change the bulbs. In the process they broke the left license plate light housing and chipped the chrome around both housings. Very mediocre work and poor customer service offered by the mechanics here. I'd recommend going anywhere else.

I went here for a state inspection close to the end of the work day, and not only did they fit me in with less than 15 minutes, they were kind and provided great customer service. Also got an oil change from them, which was just as easy, professional, and competitively priced. No appointments needed, great service.
View on GoogleThe driver side axle broke off unexpectedly an hour and a half away. I had AAA tow my car to Watertown gas and service. As soon as the car Arrived they took it right in and replaced the driver side axle in less than 30 minutes. I am highly impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, and customer service. I did not need to schedule an appointment and the price that they quoted me was very affordable. If you decide to go with them for any of your car needs and see a sign out front of their business that states “Magicians at work”it was put there by me. Thank you so much. I will bring my car here from now on.
