These days, I believe acts of kindness deserve recognition and mention. Yesterday, the tire pressure in all four tires of my Hyundai Ioniq6 were low. I drove around looking for a garage with an air pump. I tried four or five places and they were all either closed or said their pumps were frozen. I happened upon Belmont Auto Center. Ok no judgement please... I didn't know how to use the air pump and was exhausted, frantically prepping for the upcoming storm. The woman at the register was very pleasant and helpful. She told me I could ask the man out back for assistance. There was a guy removing some ice/snow in back of the shop. I asked if he could help me. I felt embarrassed. The guy didn't hesitate to help. I wanted to give him a tip. He refused it. I said that the tip was for his kindness and willingness to stop what what he was doing to help me with something that I should have been able to do myself. This young man smiled and said he was just happy to help. It made my day. I told him I wanted to leave a review and he clearly appreciated that. His name is Anthony, he owns the shop. My take away, and extrapolation is that Belmont Auto Center Center is a respectable and trustworthy business that values its customers. I highly recommend them on that basis. Many thanks Anthony!

Belmont Auto Clinic is great! I recently moved to the area and picked this mechanic at random but I will never go anywhere else now. My car got totaled in an accident and Victor and Serge were very helpful with the entire process after I brought it to them. They also don’t price gauge and are very reliable and friendly.

DO NOT COME HERE! I had to get an inspection and they said my windows were tinted too dark, so they needed the car to stay until 5pm, but they said they’d text me 20 minutes before it’s ready. I never received a text so I had to Uber back there expecting it to all be done. When I got there, my car looked HORRIBLE. I saw a bunch of glue and crud still in the windows from the tint removal. I had to ask someone there to clean it out, which required me to stay there another half hour. Also, when I looked inside the car they left all the tint TRASH on the floor. EXTREMELY unprofessional and LAZY. Also, they got HORRIBLE chemical stain on my dashboard that I had to spend two hours trying to remove because they couldn’t get it off when I was there and it ended up permanently staining my dashboard and damaging it. MY DASHBOARD IS BLEACHED AND PERMANENTLY DAMAGED. This car is 2 years old and now it has ugly stains on the dashboard because they couldn’t be bothered with precision and care. I am MORTIFIED. I love this car and now I have to go get a quote on a detail. I’m so devastated and I just cannot bring myself to go back after all of this. These people do NOT care. I wish I went to Hyundai and paid extra for cleaner and WAY better work. This place is shotty. There’s no telling how much it will cost me to get this crud off. Ridiculous. If it doesn’t come out, this will HAVE to be replaced. You guys need to fix this. Update: I’ve had to go to my dealership and to a detailer. The stain is not coming out and you guys keep denying this is your fault when I have a picture of my dashboard before my inspection was done. I did NOT cause CHEMICAL stains and bleaching to my own dashboard. You guys need to take responsibility for this and reimburse me for replacement. I hope you have some insurance. Either way, I don’t care what you have. This dashboard will cost $6k for me to get replaced because the material is BLEACHED. Horrible job here. I will go to small claims court. This is not going away for you guys. I want my dashboard REPLACED. All you guys did was take advantage of me and you’re continuously turning me away. This is EVIDENCE OF A CHEMICAL STAIN from whatever you all use in your shop. The “I don’t know” game will NOT work with me. My family is going to PURSUE this legally. Update: You all are incompetent and this issue is not going to go away. This is my property you damaged and you will be hearing from me until you resolve this. You cannot just damage people’s property and get way with it. Keep evading it if you want. I have PROOF. Update: I'm sending a demand letter and going to small claims court because I'm tired of you inexperienced scammers taking advantage of people as I see you have done with others. I am owe money for the damage you caused and will be escalating this further. You all ignore calls as if that will solve your problems. I have documented everything and you will pay for the damage to my property. You all are unprofessional and clearly shouldn't own a business like this. You all should be out of business as you are incompetent and careless with your work. I will continue repeating myself since you all think it is okay to scam people.

Victor and Serge have helped me keep my 10 year old Volvo well maintained. They are trustworthy, helpful and honest. They take the time to explain what needs to be done and what it will cost. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good honest mechanic

The customer service here is outstanding— I was provided with a free loaner vehicle, and they kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. My vehicle was fixed the same day and at a fraction of the cost I paid other shops. Very honest and professional people. I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning for all my car needs.
