Most straightforward garage around. They never mess with you, never overcharge and never pressure any sort of upsell. They’ll offer and let you know what your car needs, but that’s it. Also the fastest place I know. Usually same day, which is crazy. And a nice little detail is you can pay and pick up after hours. Great staff, all around.
View on GoogleI had an appointment at 11:00 AM for an oil change. I arrived exactly on time and also asked if they could do an alignment. They confirmed they could, so I agreed to have both services done. I sat and waited for one full hour, and during that entire time nobody even touched my car. My car was still sitting outside exactly where it was parked. Meanwhile, employees were walking around, drinking coffee, going to lunch, and complaining to each other, but no one was working on my vehicle. I honestly could not understand if there was no manager on site or if nobody was supervising the shop at all. Someone should be paying attention to what is happening in the service area. This was not my first time coming here for an oil change, and when the manager is there, I believe it is the gentleman who wears glasses, everything usually goes smoothly. Today he was not there, and the whole place felt completely unmanaged. After waiting for an hour with absolutely no update, I finally went to the person at the counter, asked if they were short-staffed or having any issues, and said I could come back another day if needed. He simply gave me my keys back and told me to reschedule. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. If they were unable to take the car on time, they should have told me immediately or asked me to reschedule from the beginning. Making a customer wait for an hour with no communication, then simply saying “reschedule,” is completely unacceptable.

He's courteous, knowledgeable, and kept me informed of my prices and options. I was honest about my financial struggle at the time and they absolutely accomodated me. It was such a relief and I'm super grateful for each of them!
