This is by far the best auto shop I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, they treated me with respect and honesty. They took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my car, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and gave me a fair price. The work was done quickly and professionally, and my car runs perfectly now. It’s very hard to find mechanics you can truly trust, but this place proved they care about their customers. I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know.

I am not sure why people do not write there honest opinion about this so called body shop. I took my truck to this place for scratch repair and all he did was touch ups and kept buffing and made more damage on my truck. They even did not bother to get factory made touch up paint and they used left over paints. They don’t know how to paint forget about the body work. Absurdly disaster.

I absolutely cannot recommend VIP Auto Body more highly! Bedros (the owner) and his wife are the kindest, most caring people you'll meet. I brought my car first thing when they opened after getting into an accident. Bedros skipped his morning coffee to carefully and efficiently fix my car as much as he could so it was safe to drive until he had the parts to properly fix it. He and his wife went above and beyond every step of the way and I can't thank them enough!

Terrible and shady business. He sounds great upfront manipulates you once he has your car. Overcharged me to begin with and only took cash to release my car he said any form of payment is fine when taking in the car. Is clearly taking cash to avoid taxes literally came to the bank with me... Held my car hostage. Used it for personal use as well. Had a tracker on the car saw him driving his wife around... incredibly unprofessional. Im sure the insurance work he does is fine because he can overbill insurance. If you take it to him as a private party he tries to scam you Had assistant do work who was unqualified. With 2 weeks clear coat peeled. Basically paid thousands for them to ruin the car... Followup response to this shady business: You only refund $500 after i paid thousands. You want to claim you refunded me please give me the full amount back. Why would you assume my car isnt fixed? I took these pictures when it happened. What other body shop refused to help me? Stop lying. You run a shady business. Your credit card machine wasnt magically broken that day you also wouldnt take check.
