I have been going to Toyota of Watertown for many years, purchasing several cars there and always bringing my car in for service there. Today the overall experience was particularly noteworthy in the most positive of ways. Dan did the intake job masterfully and the service and detailing were timely, efficient, and outstanding. My seven and half year old Toyota looks new again and drives like I just took it off the lot. Thank you ToW!

The nail salon is of excellent quality and the free shuttle is a great perk. This is a very busy place, so wait times tend to be longer, but that's always communicated from the start.

View on GoogleMy son brought his car to Toyota of Watertown for heater repair. However, the technician failed to conduct a thorough diagnosis. Consequently, I was charged $736.46 for parts and labor, which was reduced by $100. Despite this, the heater was not repaired, resulting in a significant financial loss of nearly $800. In contrast, Toyota of Watertown was able to enjoy a week-long dinner while my son endured a two-week period of starvation. This situation raises concerns about the reliability and professionalism of the dealership. I strongly advise against using Toyota of Watertown for future automotive repairs.

It looks like a coworking space, complete with free bottled drinks and "pocket rooms" to take calls/meetings from. The space has plenty of sockets and even has a coffee machine. The service is also great. The staff members are friendly and communicate well enough. 5stars. Can't wait to be back.
