Tesla Service Boston-Watertown

I drove over 5000 kms over the last 3 weeks and just tried my luck, googled to find a Tesla SC in the Boston area to rotate my tires with no appointment... Found this SC, drove there from downtown Boston. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, all questions were answered and my tires rotated. I've never seen this before. It is the smallest Tesla Service Center I've went into, BUT the most efficient(again WITHOUT APPOINTMENT)so far. Thanks to Aubrey for his excellent service. Clean place too.

❌ Avoid This Location – Awful Communication & Customer Service I highly recommend avoiding Tesla Watertown for any vehicle service. The communication here is incredibly poor, and the staff does not care about customer convenience. I brought my car in and was told it would take an hour. After waiting around, I was informed the car couldn't be fixed that day and had to stay overnight. They gave me a loaner, but completely failed to communicate a clear timeline for when my actual vehicle would be ready. Because of their delays and lack of clarity, I asked to keep the loaner over the weekend until my car was actually fixed. Instead of accommodating their own scheduling failure, they tried to hit me with a $100-per-day fee. Save yourself the frustration and take your car elsewhere. I would not recommend this center for service to anyone.

Pleasure dealing with dealership everyone was super friendly and professional and responsive. They really take of their customers everything was prompt and fast if you need a Tesla dealership, I highly recommend you come to this one. Outstanding service great experience overall.

I've been a Tesla customer since 2016, and this is by far the worst service center at Tesla. I've spent two months trying to get warranty repairs on my 2026 Model X and have left every visit with nothing fixed. The defects have been present since delivery: turn signals that only work part of the time, a frunk latch that won't open, faulty trunk and door sensors, and the car rolling unpredictably at low speed — a safety issue I brought video evidence of. The service center had no parts and stated they "couldn't replicate the problem." Go figure - so no work was done. They booked a mobile visit; the technician showed up without those same parts and told me to come back in to the service center. Then, the service request was cancelled with nothing repaired. Dealing with the managers here, Dan and Jimmy, was the most frustrating part. I was told I could bring the car in on a "Fast Pass" since they were clearly not prepared (even though everything was more than properly documented) then later told I couldn't. I was told components had already been replaced — completely false and made up. No work was done. Every interaction sent me in a circle. Today once again waited, and no repair — and was charged for a tire rotation I never asked for and didn't come in for. I'm still waiting on the safety repairs that actually matter.

Got my car back in pieces and 12v battery not connect fully after declining on recommended service to diagnose a further problem with a brake stiffness alert, which they say they in fact did flush my brake system some how they did not charge me for it completely they charged me for "1 bottle of brake fluid" tho, interesting 🤔 sounds like a top off to me, but I guess they know best because there certified Just not certified in customer service
