As a customer for over 23 years, I always (secretly) knew Perfection Auto was a hyper "bro culture--it's evident from the moment you drive into the lot. I bit my tongue for years until yesterday, when the owner, Mike Penta, shouted and lunged at me with bulging eyes and yelled: "You're a horrible person with a horrible demeanor." I wouldn't have minded so much in the past because I assumed that's how those "men" thought of women who had the nerve to ask a simple question. I took it extremely hard yesterday because I had been a LOYAL customer who has spent THOUSANDS of dollars on car repairs at their shop for over 20 years. Also, I had moved from the Watertown area and still remained loyal and drove 2 hours (each way!) for basic services. I have a great deal going on in my life and for Mike Penta, the owner of Perfection, to treat a LOYAL customer with such distain made me (still makes me) sick to my stomach! I simply asked for a replacement of a hub cap and he made it a dramatically stressful and traumatic situation. The customer service experience has obviously changed, but he has the money now and probably doesn't care about the service he provides. I always had a sinking feeling Mike was solely out for the BUCKS and yesterday proved it. Spend your money elsewhere because I can assure you the "charm" will wear off---it's sad that it took 23 years for me to figure that out!

Honest, genuinely hardworking people. You can really tell this is a family owned and operated business because they treat you like more than just another customer. From the moment I walked in, they were kind, patient, and considerate, and explained everything clearly. My car was pretty messed up, but they took great care of it and had it fixed much faster than I expected considering how bad the damage was. It is clear they take pride in their work and truly care about doing the job right. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.
