I used Tire Guys to replace a spare tire on my 2023 Tahoe. They were great to deal with over email - quick and clear responses. They showed up exactly on time and handled the job quickly and effectively. I paid a slight premium over having a local garage do the job, but it seemed worth it for the convenience. Will definitely use them again in the future for tire maintenance.
View on GoogleSimply brilliant and incredible. We had My Tire Guys come out to replace two tires on our Dad's car. Making the appointment was easy. It snowed the night prior and we had an 830AM appointment. I went out to shovel at 810 in preparation and he arrived early. He got right out and helped shovel. Incredibly friendly, helpful, explained everything well, checked the pressure of the tires on both of our cars and adjusted them. The tires were on in a short time and everything has been great. Incredibly happy!
View on GoogleIt was a truly pleasant experience. The best thing is of course they come to you to change tires, which is very helpful when the tires are completely deflated. The communication desk was very helpful with scheduling an appointment and the pricing was transparent. On the day of the appointment, the technician Julio arrived on time, located the small hole causing air leak in the tire, and completed the service within an hour. Will recommend them to anyone experiencing a flat tire.

Replace, balance, refurbish....you got a sudden blow out? They are doing their very best to order, receive and install within a day. Can't say it enough how awesome this service is. If it were on the open market, I would no doubt invest in this business. Amazing customer service always
View on GoogleMy Tire Guys answers the first question I get when I mention I have winter tires, which is: what do I do with them in the off season?? My car isn't big enough to transport tires. And even if it were, I live in Boston, I don't have room to store a set of them. My Tire Guys service is exactly as advertised, they come to my office parking lot and swap out my tires twice a year and store the off seasons. It's quick and incredibly convenient. I prefer scheduling over email, but they've been super friendly every time I've called them too. All the techs I've worked with have been great, communicative and helpful. They helped me pick out my winter tires. I thought I had the correct size, but they recommended an alternative at a similar price point due to the wheel well of my specific car. Pictured are my freshly detailed OEM summer tires, and then my winters after sliding around on some back roads in VT.
