Superb! Emerson and his team are amazing. I took my Honda Odyssey in for service along with a few other items. Emerson was super responsive, honest and the work was done quickly and well. On top of that he found an issue I had actually screwed up trying some diy maintenance and addressed that as well. I highly recommend Emerson and his team. Thank you again guys! Nick
View on GoogleTerrible experience. I came by to use the free air service where a hose is usually provided and there is a sign that indicates for people to help themselves from 7am until closing. I politely asked the attendant if the hose was available and he rudely replied the "hose isnot present and put away for closing." This was over two hours before the station was supposed be closed for business. Sullivan's accommodated me and I will not come back to this place.
View on GoogleWent there to get a full tank of gas and my tires had low air. I was going to ask the guy to help put air in my tires and tip him for it but when I asked I got a cry baby attitude saying I’m not doing it and I was like wow customer support ? I’m never going back there.
