Waited a year to post this review. Replaced my struts and springs last year and came here for an alingnment after. Shop charged me $335 dollars for a terrible job, photo attached of the results. I have adjustable arms so theres really no excuses. I picked up the car after and headed home. That night I noticed my rims were curb rashed. Thankfully I had my dash cam rolling with audio and immediately saw AND heard what happened, video attached(volume up). I called them and confronted them about the damage which they replied the technician did admit to causing. So that means they let me pick up my car without mentioning it to me hoping I didn’t notice. They did offer to repair the rims for free and the rim repair guy did a great job however overall it was a terrible experience and the shop was dishonest. I have to laugh when they send me automated emails about coming back in for services as I wont ever be coming back here.

Been going here for over 10 years on multiple vehicles, before current owner even bought the business. Still very personable and close to me business. Prices seem fair and they're knowledgeable in repairs. I haven't returned to them to fix the first fix much which is great. My only beef is a simple oil change and tire rotation can take hours on weekends. I feel they overbook cars but nonetheless, they are my go to spot.

I had one of the best experiences I've had with an automotive shop in a very long time. From the very first phone call with Rita, I felt like I was dealing with people who genuinely care about their customers. She was so kind, patient, and helpful in arranging service for me very quickly. When I arrived, the entire staff continued that same level of care and professionalism. They were incredibly attentive, communicated clearly about what my son's car needed, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. They had his brakes completed within just a couple of hours. It's rare these days to find a shop that is this accommodating, honest, and affordable. You can really feel that this is a business run with pride and strong family values. I am truly grateful for the excellent service and will absolutely be returning! Highly recommend to anyone looking for trustworthy and caring automotive service.

We took our car for the first time to Certified Automotive Solutions last week, and we had a great experience. I loved the convenience of the online booking system. Brandon, the technician who worked with us, was friendly, professional, and prompt with his communication. There were a lot of problems happening all at once with the car, and he was able to walk us through every issue, educating us about the system along the way. The end price for the work was great given the complexity of the work, the work was done ahead of our expected timeframe, and we really appreciated the cleaning they did before handing the car back to us - it was such a nice touch. We'll be doing every oil change and service check with Certified Automotive Solutions going forward. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

My husband and I have bringing our cars here ever since we moved to the area. Jamie and the team at Certified have taken incredible care. We trust them completely to provide an accurate and reasonable assessment of the repairs. They always get things done quickly and communicate incredibly well. Today I brought my Ford Escape in due to some minor body damage from an ice bank. The team quickly was able to fix it and did not charge. We could not recommend them more.
