After my car was broken into, I was under a very tight timeline because I had upcoming travel, and they were exactly what I needed during a stressful situation. The entire team was patient, considerate, professional, and incredibly efficient. They worked quickly without compromising quality and made the whole process smooth and reassuring. Excellent service, honest communication, and genuinely great people. I highly recommend Stephen’s Auto Body to anyone looking for trustworthy and high-quality work.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a body shop/mechanic. I brought my car in after a side collision, and somehow they managed to return it in WORSE condition than before. First of all, they replaced my LED headlight with a completely different factory-style light, so now both headlights are different colors. It looks ridiculous at night and makes the car look cheaply repaired. I honestly cannot understand how any professional shop thinks that’s acceptable. But the worst part is the brakes. Before the accident, my car was perfectly fine mechanically and made absolutely NO noise. The moment I picked it up from this shop, the brakes started making an insanely loud grinding/screeching noise, and it keeps getting worse every day. At this point, the car feels unsafe and almost impossible to drive comfortably. It’s unbelievable that a car can go in for body work and come out with brake problems that never existed before. The quality of work is careless, unprofessional, and honestly concerning. I trusted this shop with my vehicle and completely regret it. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you want more problems than you started with.

This autobody shop has had my vehicle for almost a full month. Today was the 3rd time that I have been lied to about the completion time and when the car would be ready and have the work completed. The car was initially dropped off on 12/22 and I was told "it might be take two weeks or so to fix because of the holidays". We were. On 1/5/26 I called to check in and was told that a few parts were back ordered and it would be a few more days before the car was ready but it would be done by Friday the 9th. On Friday 1/5 I called again to check in and was again told the vehicle would not be done until the beginning of next week. After calling again on 1/13/26 we were told that the car would be "for sure" finished by EOD Friday 1/16/26. I personally called at 2pm today to confirm it would be ready to which the receptionist told me, "it needs a few more hours but will be done today". My family and I stopped by at 4:30pm today, 30 minutes before closing as we had still not heard anything about a pickup time, and the front of the car has still not been put back on. With the mechanic now telling us that the car wont be finished until 1/19 or 1/20. The staff at Stephen's Autobody has only been consistent with the lies they have communicated on over the last 4 weeks and I could not discourage patronage to this business anymore. Save your time, save your money. Do not do business with Stephen's autobody.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Stephen’s auto body is. I have used them a few times over the years as well as my husband and their service and work truly speak for itself. Hands down the best place, people and work. Would never choose another shop!!!!!
