Love coming here! Everyone is super friendly, they are EXTREMELY thorough, super generous, and prices are pretty reasonable. As a woman, I appreciate that they aren't condescending at all, explain everything, and don't try to sell me anything more than what I came in for. They'll always check for discounts too. Great environment, comfy waiting area with fast WiFi, etc. I've been coming here since first buying my car and have always had a fabulous experience (have had tires changed/repaired several times, engine work, oil changes, and brakes replaced). I want to share my experience here so more people will know what to expect before going to VIP tires. I would avoid this place because “Leroy Campbell” had such a bad attitude. First, I found them online saying that they offer free brakes check. I recently bought a used vehicle from a dealership. It passed inspection. Every time I depressed the brakes. I heard loud noises. I took my car to VIP for the "free brakes check". While I was explaining the situation to a man at the front desk. Leroy was also there. He stood up and gave me his business card and told me that he is the "super star"(so childish). Then he told me that there are "free" and "paid" brake checks. The free one is just a simple visual check. The paid one is just for them to look deeper. I said I just want the free brake check since the car passed inspection 2 weeks ago. After he looked at my brakes, he said everything was ok. He simply explained the health of the brakes to me. I asked him if he could repeat one more time so I can write down the details. He refuses and said, "I only said it once!" I was shocked for his attitude. I really don't like this type of customer service. He is just too lazy to do anything. Just sitting there and playing with his phone. Claimed to be the "super star". This is ridiculous! People need to grow up.

VIP has serviced my vehicle multiple times now. They communicate well and have you approve or decline each quote before continuing service, so there is no confusion at the end when you get your bill. They are friendly, courteous and professional. Fairly priced. As soon as I was having car troubles, they were the first place I thought of.
