Cannot say enough good things about Hynes and Laura. My awful accident had a silver lining as I now have a body shop that is the only one I’ll work with. Laura was knowledgeable, proactive and a great communicator and advocated for me when I needed her to. The work done on my vehicle was timely and very well done. End to end great experience, highly recommend.

I worked with Laura T and she replied to every email promptly, gave updates, and was just overall great to work with. In a process that can be frustrating, Laura and team at Hynes made it as easy as it could possibly be. Will bring my cars back when I need to, though I hope for a little break from body work!

Hynes Auto Body: What started out as a nightmare for me—my first car accident since a fender-bender as a teenager—and what could have been far worse still if anyone had been hurt (no one was), turned out to be a surprisingly pleasant experience because of my dealings with Michael J. Hynes Auto Body shop on 14 Sheafe St., Chestnut Hill, Mass. My main contact there was Laura Tarabelli, office manager but much more than that. She also does auto body work herself! She was open and honest with me from the start about the needed repairs (front end of car, driver’s side, including headlight, blinker, electrical connections, and bumper damage, as well as denting and paint damage to the driver’s side of the car. She said that the would try to have her team complete the work in about two weeks, and then did it in ONE week. Her rough estimate for the work, in the end, was very close to the actual costs. She was very skilled at dealing with my insurance company, and the car looked better than ever when I went to pick it up. I highly recommend Michael J. Hynes Auto Body for their excellent service, skilled and talented mechanics, and for their warm, friendly, and knowledgeable office staff, Laura Tarabelli first and foremost. The damaged door they repainted red makes my vehicle look spectacular! I can’t praise them enough, especially for making me feel so much better after a very unfortunate and nasty accident.
