AVOID THIS PLACE. I don’t post often so you know it has to be bad for me to post. Khalil (Manager) is a snake oil salesman. First, he quoted me a price for services that I clarified with him was for parts and labor, he confirmed this and that led me to go with this place relative to others in the area. After 5 hours of my car in the shop he calls me to tell me that that price didn’t include labor and that will be another $550. At this point my car is already in the shop so while I am frustrated, I confirm with him there are no other added costs (which he gets offended by and tells me “not to talk to him like a 5 year old”) and pick up my car the following morning. He tells me I need all new tires and as I go out to look at my car I find a new small dent in the rear panel with dust from the shop around that and other parts of the car that wasn’t there before (see pic). He denies they had anything to do with it and proceeds to have a small fit and tells me he doesn’t want to do business with me anymore because “I have had an attitude”. Avoid this place, there are other service centers in the area that are more upfront and transparent.

I always come to BFM for car repairs now. I trust them and they do amazing work. Recently a woman hit us in a crash, and damaged my car, although it was just cosmetic. Khalil handled everything! The insurance quoted too low for the repairs and he submitted the supplemental report. Once that was approved, he got the repairs done quickly. He always addresses all of my questions and concerns. He is a great communicator and leaves me a voicemail update when I can’t answer the phone. Khalil and his team are the best!! Original review: I’ve come here the last several times my car needed repair and they have done a great job. They answer all my questions and I’ve been making an effort to learn more about cars and how they work and they’ve been teaching me bits as I we go. They give great and timely service addressing all concerns. I highly recommend!!

This car had a lot of small cosmetic issues the painters and body mechanics did an outstanding job. The work was on time, with good communication, and on budget. The before and after does no quite do it justice but she looks great!

They also helped me navigate the overwhelming issues with insurance when they really didn't have to do that.
