Impossible to schedule service appointments, they don’t return calls or follow up. Understaffed. I also own a BMW. Service there is outstanding. I may turn my Audi in for another BMW. If not, I’ll be going to Audi Burlington where they answer the phone. Very disappointing.

I especially want to thank Luis Gonzalez. He was patient, knowledgeable, and responsive. He clearly explained the inspection results and helped me cancel a service I had mistakenly approved. I truly appreciated his support throughout the visit. I highly recommend both Luis and the team at Audi Brookline!!!
View on GooglePaul was the greatest service advisor working the channel between the technician and me in order ensure the optimal work was done subject to any constraints I had. He also found me a rental car so I wasn't stuck without a car since the work took more than a day. He also knows about Audi 🚗 models inside out! I used to interact directly with master mechanic Louie Arruda since I'm an old client of Audi with multiple Audi cars, but Louie moved dealership. Now I'm happy working with Paul!
View on GoogleI had small repair done, side mirror replacement. I was kept apprised of what was going on and readily added the recommended wiper blade replacement. The waiting area is bright and comfortable. I have always received good care and patient answers at this service center. Paul was friendly, cheerful and helpful.
View on GoogleInstallation of roof racks. Front desk service personnel were courteous and efficient. They arranged for an Uber and called me when the service was completed. They were not able to reproduce and diagnose why the primary key saved lights and driver settings were lost when the secondary key was used. I suspect this is because it's a redesigned car and is so new. However, I would trust them to find and fix anything mechanically wrong which is the most important thing.
