Horrendous service and unfriendly staff! I came in for an inspection and the staff already was very rude and passive aggressive. After waiting for 30min I was told I needed to have the plates on the car. There was no option to have them put the plates on. There is better service at the gas station on Commonwealth avenue next to BUs campus. Don’t do your car inspection here.
View on GoogleWhen I go to do State inspection, my handle brake has problem suddenly. It is very strange. I just did mechanic check and changed all tires and brake and completed a long journey with my car. Everything I feel good. Then they said they could repair and… I will never go there again.
View on GoogleI spoke with one of the guys there and he told me he can do a TNC report for me only for me to come back a while lager and I get someone else tell me “I’m too busy and rather do the other cars I have” just the epitome of unprofessionalism
