Had my truck towed there to see why its not starting. I get home, open the back up to clear my stuff out to have this dangling. Why? Why not put it back up? And I discovered my fuse box not where it belongs. Really guys? Was it really that difficult to put my truck back together? Both areas took me all of 10- 15 secs to put back and you "professionals" couldn't do it? Are you really that mad that I wouldn't let you work on my truck after it taking a week for you to look at, diagnose, giving me a ridiculously high estimate of repair cost and saying you are the only people that can fix it? I'm just wondering what I will find when I open my hood.

Phone number listed is wrong and if you leave a voicemail with it you won’t get a call back. Per phone call on 3/30/26: If you drive a Cummins oil changes are 260 with oil and filter. Tire rotation is 25. But fuel filters go for 500 for the set. You can get a kit from doc diesel for around 200 that includes oil, cabin, air, and both fuel. So watch out for the highway robbery of this dealership.

I brought my car to the dealership for a simple alignment, and the experience has been frustrating and disappointing. After the first visit, the car drove straight, but the steering wheel was noticeably off-center—tilted to the right. I returned for a second appointment, where the car stayed at the dealership all day. Unfortunately, they did not fix the issue. The steering wheel is still off, even though the vehicle tracks straight. When I spoke with Noah, the service advisor, he told me there wasn’t much they could do unless I brought the car back again for further inspection—and that it would cost an additional $195. The car only has 32,000 miles, and I expected better service and results from a certified dealership. At this point, I feel like I paid for an alignment that wasn’t fully completed. Very disappointed with the outcome and lack of accountability.
