UPDATE: The manager, Mr. Leisure, performed an excellent job rectifying the situation. The paint on my vehicle was blended properly, the white paint was removed, the interior was vacuumed, and fuel was added. Additionally, he repaired a scratch on my car that his shop had not addressed. He went above and beyond to ensure that matters were thoroughly resolved. BEWARE of Andy Mohr Body Shop - Plainfield. I now have two different shades of blue on my car. I was never informed that the paint wouldn’t be blended to minimize color differences, even though my insurance had authorized it. After I reached out to the insurance company myself, Jacob Lindsey finally admitted they could see the authorization, but claimed they only had 1.5 hours to complete everything. He mentioned they needed an additional 30 minutes, indicating he didn’t advocate for it. Furthermore, he did not communicate any of this to me when I picked up my car. Other body shops have confirmed that Andy Mohr should have blended the paint as authorized. I emailed Jacob on May 18, 2026, and have yet to receive a response. On top of that, my bumper was not reinstalled correctly, leaving a white line on my vehicle.

My cars paint was damaged pretty badly from chemical fallout ,but Bill and Dave at Andy Mohr Collision did an awesome job helping me with my WRX. Progressive tried to lowball the repairs, but they stood their ground and made sure the work would be done right. They kept me informed, treated my car like it was their own, and went above and beyond to back me up through the process. Highly recommend them if you want people who actually care about both the customer and the car.

The team did an amazing job. My car looks as good as new, and you honestly can’t even tell anything ever happened. Bill and the team done a wonderful job with getting repairs done promptly and correctly. They made sure I had the appropriate parts for my vehicle and went to bat to make I didn’t have worry about a thing. They kept me informed with changes and gave me referrals for other maintenance.

My name is David Campbell and I brought my 2023 Chevy Malibu LT in for rear ened bumper and Trunk damage from getting rear-ended by another driver, I was told in my estimate that I would get the inside of my trunk all repaired, and a New bumper which is not painted the same color as vehicle it's a darker silver almost grey and my vehicle is silver metallic, I was sold Wolf tickets, I was called and left me a voicemail saying my vehicle was ready three days before they said it would be ready and that I would like my vehicles repaire and that I would be very happy, well when I drove all the way to Plainfield from Indianapolis my trunk was not fixed it was still opening and shutting off track, so I had to leave vehicle to fix my trunk which it should have already been fixed, well the next day when I went to pick my vehicle up it looked nice but it was extremely cold and snowing so I could not tell at the time of the different color of the bumper, after that a few weeks later we had rain for almost two days, I kept smelling a mildew smell not knowing where it was coming from, so today 3/19/26 I looked to see if I had a spare tire just out of curiosity and I noticed my left inside of my trunk was soaked with water running all to the bottom of my spare tire, it looked like a minature swimming pool I could not believe that I was lied to about my vehicle, they either lied to insurance company or pocket extra money 💰 for themselves, so I'm taking my vehicle back to Andy mohr collision Plainfield 3/20/26 to show them my video of water and to drop off to be repaired, I was also told that they usually charge a couple of hundred dollars to repair my trunk after insurance already paid them $2500 but we're not going to charge you Mr. Campbell he said that several times as if I was going to pay them. I would never ever have Andy mohr collision Plainfield fix any of my vehicles ever, but they are going to fix my trunk and if not I'll take them to court, I've already made a complaint with Andy mohr Chevrolet on 3/19/26, I advise you to think twice before taking your vehicle to Andy mohr collision Plainfield, and he kept telling me to write a review well I did and this is my review. I'm so unhappy with all that has been done it's unacceptable.Bill is the person who sold me wolf tickets.He lied to me and to my insurance company.
