The service department is awful.. 2 weeks just to get a diagnostic done then even longer to fix it. They are awful with communication.. This place has definitely went down hill... I will not come back here for service. The service writers are rude and hateful.

I have heard several stories about how this place is a ripoff do not take your vehicle there unless you want to be overcharged and treated like dirt. 0 out of 10 would not recommend
View on GoogleMade an appt a week and a half in advance for Monday 8am. Got there at 7:45am and they told me it would be at least a 2 hour wait just for an oil change and tire rotation. Ended up taking 2 hours and 50 min. Why even let people make appointments when they don't mean anything? Either just dont make appointments an option or quit overbooking.
