Belle Tire

I’ve had a great experience with the team at Belle Tire in Plainfield. I originally purchased a set of tires here a while back, and recently they just didn’t feel quite right while driving. I stopped in and worked with Shelley, who was excellent from start to finish. She had the vehicle pulled into the shop quickly, took the concern seriously, and made sure the team checked everything thoroughly. They found it needed some adjustments and rebalancing, got it taken care of, and had me back on the road in no time. What I appreciated most was the level of service—no hassle, no runaround, just professional, attentive care and a genuine willingness to make it right. If you’re looking for a place that stands behind their work and treats you well after the sale, this Belle Tire location is a solid choice.

Awful customer services and communication 3/12 I took an after market wheel with a new tire to be mounted and balanced. They scratched the new wheel up so they said they had a guy that could fix it but it would be Tuesday or Wednesday before I would get it back. Tuesday 3/17 they called and said it was done. I showed up and it looked worse than it did with the scratch from the mount and balance. They then said to give the guy another chance to fix it and it would be done by noon Wednesday 3/18. I showed up at noon and it was not done yet. They called the guy and he said it was done and looked good and was leaving greenwood. I had an appointment in Greencastle that I could not wait on so I drove all the way to Greencastle then drove back to them arriving at 2:30. Still no rim. 2 1/2 hours to get from Greenwood to Plainfield. Awful place that I will never be going to again. Absolutely no respect for your time. Waiting on the rim to show up now which I have 0 faith in the wheel even looking acceptable.

I brought my granddaughter's car into Belle Tire because Belle has never let me down! Once again, everyone was kind and professional. Cameron was so kind and considerate. After purchasing two new tires, we ran into a cracked wheel. We didn't have money to fix the cracked wheel. Cameron and two mechanics went out of their way to find the spare tire and make sure the car was safe to drive home! Belle has never let me down!! Thank you!!!

i was goin bout my day with no oil in da transit when me and my brothers john johnson and bob johnson stopped by for a oil change. we had some candy in the glovebox and they stol all of it. every single piece. then they took our phone book too and i was tryin to call my great grandmas raccoon but i couldnt cause i didnt know how to dial it without the phone book. i went back there to see what was takin so long and there was a guy sleepin in the back seat not doin nothin right. service was slower than a turtle in traffic. this place is very overpriced. paid me like 100 dollars just to get my oil changed man. cant believe this tire place. no candy, no phone book, sleepy employees, and less money in my pocket. never comin back

I arrived at 8:03 on a Saturday morning to get a plug for my tire. Easy fix, told I had 2 people in front of me, about 30 minutes to get it back there. 1 hour 40 minutes later it gets back there. Many cars went ahead of me. Unfortunately this is where I bought the tires.
