Walmart Auto Center is the best auto shop out of all the Walmart in the area. Their workers are incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. They never have long wait times for appointments, and they even accommodated me in an emergency while they were busy.
View on GoogleTook my f150 to get new tires installed and they ended up stripping my lug nuts and couldn't proceed with the job. Had to get my truck taken to another shop to get them removed which costed me about $80 of my own money and I returned to get the tires installed. Luckily they sell lug nuts around $2 a piece which is way cheaper than what I paid at autozone but they got the job done at the end of the day. Dropped the truck off at 9am and finally left with my new tires at 4:40pm. Mistakes happen I just wish the shop took more accountability for what goes wrong. Just glad the job was complete.

View on GoogleManagement may need to hire more people. I had an appointment for 4:30 and my oil change wasn’t done until 2.5 hours later, wasn’t told my appointment would be delayed when I showed up.
View on GoogleI bought tires from Walmart back in November. Walmart installed them. The next day I went back because my car was having problems it didn’t before. The Manager said there was no issue. Now my tires have to be replaced because they are different types and brands. Nissan informed me the tires need to be the same since the car is all wheel drive. The Manager at the Walmart store did it was my fault for ordering the wrong tires. I told him they should have at least informed me the tires should be the same. Customer service was no help and I was on the phone for 2 1/2 hours and was transferred 8 times. Saturday a rep told me he was approved to replace my tires and I would be notified on Sunday by email. I called today and everyone told me the rep lied to me. Walmart should have to take responsibility for what their employee told me. I can’t believe Walmart is willing to do anything to help me.
