I had a warranty alignment with this place under collision Auto Repair and I came here waiting about 2 hours. So my alignment can be fixed. My stairwell was a little off to the right when I’m driving straight so I asked him if they can make the steering wheel straight. And they say they did and the person at the front desk was a little too fast and too rude. As I’m driving it now the steering wheel is off to the left, but it drives straight. There’s a little bit of loud riding with it. I don’t know if it’s because the wheels are straight and there’s new thread being touched on the road. Since before it was kind of crooked. The steering is fine in the alignment feels great just a bit of a sound that kinda has me worrying. Other than that, this place is great to wait and to bring your kids. They have a waiting area and coffee to drink and a lot of good specials.

So much better than 5 stars! I was driving from Ohio to Missouri and was passing by Indianapolis when another driver lost control of his vehicle on the interstate and drove right into my tire, completely destroying it. I needed a replacement to get home, and the wonderful people in this store got it done quickly and affordably. I had spent hours and hours on the phone with insurance companies and AAA and was so exhausted. When I called Tire Discounters, Delaney answered and was immediately a bright spot in my experience. She was so kind and helpful. She truly made me feel so much better and comfortable. Eric replaced my tire and he went above and beyond. No one tried to upsell me or add any stress, they just took good care of me. Eric even took time after to show me what damage was going to make scary noises while I drove home, but wasn’t dangerous. They took extra time to make sure I was safe driving home and were truly amazing. If I lived in the area I would go here for every auto need I have. You should absolutely bring your car in here. There are 3 other tire shops on this street, but there is no way they are as good as this one. I also hope Delaney and Eric see this because I want say a huge thank you. I will forever appreciate how much you helped me.

At this point, if I could give negative stars, I would. Unfortunately, this location has terrible problem-solving skills. I brought my vehicle in for brake service a few months ago (end of March). The person advised that the pads had 70% life still on them and it wasn't necessary. Then I brought my vehicle in today (end of May) for an inspection as well as a different concern and I am advised that I need brakes and rotors. This alone was frustrating, but I went ahead and moved forward with what was needed. When we attempted to pay with our Tire Discounters credit card we were advised that the contract with Syncrony bank was eliminated and, while they still accept the card, they can no longer add any promotions (such as 0% interest for X amount of months). This was also very frustrating. When I brought up this concern to the manager, Eric, he essentially said that this was my fault and that he had been the general manager for a year and that he doesn't give percentages on brake pads (basically saying that we made it up). While they did discount the service minimally, explaining that the issues with this transaction was MY fault is a wild accusation. I say all of this to say, if you are going to do business with this location, I would maybe think twice if you plan on doing anything more than an oil change, as they may blame you if THEY do something wrong.

I went in because I had low tire pressure, and the team at Tire Discount not only checked everything thoroughly, but they treated me with kindness and efficiency. I felt at ease the whole time. I totally recommend them for their professionalism!

Had a nail in my tire and stopped in to see if they could patch it or at worst put a new tire on. They took me right away and service only took 20-30 minutes! Staff was informative and so nice! AJ at the front desk was very helpful! Thank you for a wonderful experience! Will be back again!
