I had an issue with steering. Right turn good, left turn steering wheel needed help. Whenever I picked the car up it drove no differently than whenever I took it in. I was told it would be stiff for a while. If that were the case it should have been stiff on both sides, it wasn’t. The issue I had was misdiagnosed and I had to pay for something that did not resolve my steering issue. There was also an issue with my extended warrantee company and my claim was denied as well. I also paid for a wheel alignment but the steering wheel was not centered. Took my vehicle somewhere else and the steering issue has been resolved. I have learned my lesson the hard expensive way.

I was worried when the ownership changed but not now. Superb quality people (the same ones!) and superb quality service. I had some issues driving home from a trip recently and Ed said, “Drive it straight here…” which I did. Repair was done within a day and I was back at it. THANKS AGAIN to a wonderful crew of folks! Edit - just had an oil change and as always, fast appointment, great service, and the coffee and chatter made for quick turnaround for my truck getting back on the road! Edit - wife’s truck needed some fast repairs and they were done same day. SUPER appreciated! Edit - 5/23/94 - had some trailer issues another company missed. Not only did Raymond’s folks diagnose the problem, it was repaired quickly. They do it all! Edit - 10/19/24 - wifey’s SUV needed repaired bc the hatchback wouldn’t stay up. Most places would have sold us two new shocks - but we only needed one - and that’s what was put in. FAST! Edit - 11/10/24 - I installed some aftermarket taillights and wanted to go back to OEM; somehow one of my connectors wasn’t working so Rose, Corey, and Jordan made sure that got taken care of within a day, and all is well in the world again!

I stripped the oil drain plug on my suburu trying to do an oil change myself. Dropped it off after work and picked it up the next day, no problems at all. They suggested some routine maintenance that my car could use but I didn’t not feel pressured into it at all. I could tell they just wanted to make sure I knew and I appreciate that mentality.
