I cannot speak highly enough of Indy Mobile Auto & Truck Repair. We got stranded on a Sunday with our trailer, and I called multiple companies trying to get help. Most of them were very standoffish and basically just told me, “Call back Monday.” When I called Indy Mobile Repair, I spoke with Brandy in dispatch, and she was phenomenal. Even though they couldn’t come out that same day, she took the time to explain why, gave me helpful advice and recommendations, and did not make me feel rushed off the phone. She was very kind and comforting during a stressful situation. She even advised me to lock up the trailer if I had to leave it and to call them back the next day. The onsite mechanic, Conrad, was also outstanding. He showed up on time and was extremely professional. He was a man of his word and walked me through the entire process. I had a lot of questions, and he was patient, respectful, and explained everything clearly. He had to take the axle off my trailer and put everything back together, and I was able to see the care he put into every step of the repair. Brandy and Conrad both represented this company incredibly well. If I ever run into trouble again in Indiana, I would absolutely call Indy Mobile Auto & Truck Repair. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roadside or trailer repair. That is why I am leaving a five-star review. Drove 1,100 miles to Texas after and did not have a single problem.

Brad was terrific. He arrived, was super polite. The man is a true professional with great customer service . He represented the company well. I was back on the road super fast . I am honestly very impressed and was eager to share my positive experience. It’s rare that I am impressed these days. Thank you Brad !

After a shady company Comercial fleet services "fixed" my truck in greens fork rest area on I70 in Indiana. I broke down again less then 2 hours later in Lebanon ,IN and luckily Indy Mobile auto and truck repair showed up , properly diagnosed the problem in a very fast amount of time , unfortunately I had to sit the weekend waiting for parts but they went above and beyond to get the truck going again. They fixed the real problem then fixed the repair the previous place "fixed". Indy Mobile is in the top 5 for best places for Mobile repairs in my whole driving career. Travis was fast and friendly and they were fair with there pricing. A+++++ Any drivers complaining about the pricing , you can't expect shop pricing from a roadside emergency repair service. Get real , you go repair a truck on the side of the road for less then what dealers charge.

Was told $135 an hour on a Saturday. Technician was there 3 hours at most. Parts $106. Should have been $511. Was then told $830 total cost! After asking for a detailed bill they dropped it to $729. Beware hidden costs!! Tech was nice and got the job done. Hence 2 stars!

Called to get a part replaced on my truck and the mechanic did not install correctly. A month later when the truck broke down again, I had 3 different mechanics confirm the part was not installed correctly. Tried reaching out to John and management but never got called back or refunded for part after I was able to talk to John one time. Very frustrating
