⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars I came in looking specifically for Michelin Defender2 tires (225/55R19) for my 2021 Ford Escape, and this Discount Tire had them in stock with no hassle. Too often, tire shops try to upsell you on something different or push cheaper tires, but here they respected exactly what I wanted and delivered. The certifications were surprisingly affordable and cover the full life of the tire down to 3/32” tread, not just a few years like I originally thought. That level of protection is impressive. I also had an alignment done at a fair price ($89), and the whole process was smooth, transparent, and pressure-free. I want to specifically point out Demarcus at this location. He not only handled everything professionally, but when I shouted him out while he was already helping another customer in the lot, he remembered my name immediately. That kind of customer care and attention to detail really stands out. This store made the experience simple, honest, and professional. I got exactly the tires I wanted, installed properly, backed by lifetime rotations and balance. Based on this experience, this is hands down the number one place I’d recommend for tires in Plainfield/Indy.

I had an excellent experience with Discount Tire in Plainfield, IN. Hunter answered my call twice and was incredibly professional, kind, and patient. As a woman, being talked down to or dismissed when dealing with car services is always a concern, and he never made me feel that way even for a second. He listened, explained things clearly, and treated me with respect. I also called and spoke with a manager specifically to praise the customer service, and they were just as kind and attentive. Even though the store was extremely busy, everyone took the time to listen and made sure I felt taken care of. I brought in a tire that I had flattened, and they had a new one installed in under 15 minutes. On top of that, they carried the old tire out to my neighbor’s car so we could take it with us — completely unprompted and very appreciated. Clean facilities, great prices, and truly excellent customer service. They’ve absolutely earned a customer for life. Highly recommend!

HIGHLY recommend this location. Had 4 new tires put on and an alignment done in under an hour. Extremely friendly staff. Kudos to the store manager for having a great staff !

I can’t rave enough about the exceptional customer service at this location specifically. The front desk is friendly and punctional and the gentleman are kind and go above and beyond. Victor was running the front and was great about greeting everyone and getting everyone in that I noticed while I was waiting. I went to the wrong location first and they let me come in for my appointment and didn’t make me feel bad at all. and the warranty on our tires has been great. I would definitely recommend based on service and honesty and pricing.

Highly recommend discount tire in Plainfield. I had a screw in my tire and drove it there and parked in the parking lot. The next day was able to meet with the staff and get it fixed that day. The crew was great to work with and sent me a text when it was done and ready for pickup.
