They will waste your time and money and not care. I made an appointment weeks ago for recall work. I got a baby sitter, cleared out the car seats, and cleaned the van. When I got there, they said they didn't have the parts.... I MADE THE APPOINTMENT WEEKS AGO. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE THE PARTS? IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE PARTS, CALL ME AND TELL ME TO RESCHEDULE. It was a completely disrespectful waste of my time and money. Very unprofessional.

A quality place to get your car serviced. Sometimes mistakes are made but the staff and owner are committed to providing good service and take concerns and feedback seriously. I'm looking forward to seeing the improvements in our next visit.

Belle tire, which i bought my tires from had my tires "balanced" but way out of wack in my 21 tundra. Had crazy wobble/vibration in my wheel. The tech also showed me they sold me older tires. Took it here they showed me how bad they had them with weights(with a video, which is great) and the tech came out and talked to me. They did a road force test, not a standard one, on them and got them as good as they can and it drives smooth again. Fair price 80$ and within an hour and half. I usually avoid the dealership no offense and do my own stuff, but its nice to see st charles has honest competent techs working on your toyota. Thank you.

At Lincoln Park, I had been quoted $435 for a standard (non-hybrid) battery replacement and about $140 for a cabin filter—prices that felt wildly inflated. Out of caution, I called St. Charles while still there, and even over the phone, their team was shocked. They quoted around $215 total for the same OEM battery, including labor and tax. That transparency alone was enough for me to make the hour-long drive from Chicago. When I arrived in St. Charles, Kristin and the entire service team immediately put me at ease. They confirmed the diagnosis, explained each step before doing any work, and delivered exactly what they promised. My battery and cabin filter were both replaced for about $290 total, using genuine Toyota parts. No surprises, no pressure, and no “manager adjustments” after pushback—just straightforward, professional service. The difference in how I was treated was night and day. Kristin was welcoming, empathetic, and efficient, and every person I interacted with treated me with respect and clarity. After the experience I had in Lincoln Park, it was such a relief to be reminded that there are still service centers that operate with honesty, transparency, and integrity. Even though I live in Chicago and could easily choose convenience, I will continue driving to St. Charles for every service need. The peace of mind is worth far more than the extra miles. Their maintenance always come with videos and explanation so it's helpful when deciding if you need extra service. I always come here for my maintenance as I didn't have a good experience with another Toyota dealership.
