John’s a great mechanic, the business is run very professionally, and I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else. I’ve taken my cars there for quite a few years and I can say that I’m really happy that I found such a great place and great and knowledgeable mechanic. I’ve had zero problems and excellent results. I highly recommend this shop.
View on GoogleI’ve been in search of an independent repair shop to work on my MB SClass . I used another shop closer to home but they are usually backlogged in work and made a critical mistake . The dealer prices are insane so based on reviews I read on Autobahn I called John and told what I needed done. I immediately had a reasonable sensible quote and we agreed. I drove up from Aurora. He assured me the turn around would be swift because of scheduled work I had and he delivered. On a personal note I found John to be personable. The work performed wasn’t complicated but he kept his word. . I engaged him in dialogue to simply get a feel for him and I trust my instinct. The entire process was efficient from beginning to end and even though I couldn’t get back before closing I was still able to pickup after hours. Did I pass some others on my journey? Probably but it was worth it , Thanks Autobahn see you next time .
View on GoogleI have a 2022 Audi Q3; the check engine light came on. The issue was the purge valve which is part of the emissions system. I brought the car to John; John said the it was more than the purge valve including other parts in the emissions system. John presented me with an estimate of 1234.50$ which I knew was bullshit. I took the car to another shop and they fixed it for $240 and the light never came back on. John’s diagnosis was wrong. Glad I listened to my gut. Careful with this guy. Interestingly, he charged me $240 to misdiagnose the car.
View on GoogleIt seemed that the top mechanism of my 28 year old Z3 would fail at least once a year. This time, I decided to try a new technician and chose John at Autobahn. He found both a damaged connector and bare wires in the circuit. All I can say since getting it back is so far, so good. Thanks, John.
