They're the best I will recommend anybody to Belle tire service. Great customer service great atmosphere place clean . They will welcome you in no matter what. Thank you Belle tires for a great service and you did a wonderful job. I'll appreciate it so much and will be using Belle tire again. They replaced my tires the whole Belle team are great awesome 👍 great people

Had a flat tire in the middle of DoorDashing in the afternoon. Have an all wheel drive vehicle that recommends replacing all tires at once. With no appointment Patrick and his team managed to get me in and out quick enough that I was able to get out and make a little more money! Not a single complaint (except that it was so quick I didn’t get to read that much of my book!)

Thanks Mike for your amazing service and hospitality a couple weeks ago when I had a flat tire. Legit hit a curb at beef shack around the corner and tire separated from the side wall of wheel. Unrepairable and none of my exact tires in stock. Uh oh!!! You suggested certain repairs and I had no time that day, as I had to get back to work quickly. Awesome problem solving and genuine communication, which is hard to come by in today’s world. Quick solutions like that are one of the many reasons I have frequented this location the past 18 months. Thanks team! (And yes, I did go back for the suggested repairs 2 days later and it was also a great experience). I also realized after the fact he is the store manager, and as a former retail manager, it made me even happier the head honcho is the man. Top to bottom leadership is quite present at this location and extremely important to people like me! Keep it up!

Not Sure who to blame for what happened but they definitely inconvenienced my travel to work and caused me to miss out on competing black friday pricing because of their mess up. While yes I was late to getting all season tires for the snow this year, before we got the first big one I had scheduled an appointment for the next available slot, which wasn’t until after storm almost 5 days later, to get my summer tires changed on my car to all season. the appointment included black friday pricing and a coupon, which saved me about 200-300 off. Once I arrived, They did make me aware that they were behind on their appointments but still should have it done within a hour maybe two Understandably because of the storm and me being again late to getting them switched i was patient and told them that’s fine. After almost 3 hours of watching pawn stars in the lobby. Not once was my car taken in for the switch or even moved into the shop to make it seem atleast that they were trying to look like they were working on it. I can’t say if they took walk ins but other people that have arrived after where done before and after with overhearing that belle tire was giving the full inspections but telling customers certain specialists aren’t in so that’s why it’s taking long. After 3 hours of no help i told them that i had to leave for work Again i understand it’s busy especially after the snow but again that’s why I thought that by making an appointment in 5 days in advance that I would be somewhat honored in that slot i had reserved. So I asked to speak to the manager but they told me they weren’t in the shop or just not available to deal with my solution. I told them to have the manger reach out and they still haven’t but the poor kid at the front offered a reschedule but how could i even trust that reschedule without any follow up from the previous experience. I agreed for Friday reschedule but again without a manager follow up or information on how i would be taken care of next time, I decided it isn’t worth my time and more then likely will go to discount right next door. Wouldn’t say I don’t recommend belle tire itself however this is one of if not thee worst experiences i’ve had at an auto shop especially as a returning customer. And now have to continue to find time to get tires without black friday pricings and dealing with the zero traction on my summer tires in this weather.

Great experience at Belle Tire. Jonathan was very helpful and took the time to explain everything my car needed in a clear and honest way. Really appreciate the transparency and good customer service.
