What can I say other than it was a great experience. Juan the GM went above and beyond to locate and ship the vehicle because it was very hard to find. I had my financing lined up with a credit union and he mentioned speaking with Tiffany to see if they could earn the deal. Tiffany in finance was great to deal with and actually beat the credit union on rates. Started with Jean in sales who did a solid.job on follow up and Dan in sales who delivered the vehicle did an amazing job on the delivery. Don't spent good time ensuring we went over all electronics and the vehicle, and took the time to to call after the delivery to check in and offer another refresher If needed. I am happy that I was able to purchase local and very impressed with the process.

I recently bought a 2018 RAV4 from Mike Morgan and had a great experience from start to finish. Mike and Tiffany were who I talked with and they were both super friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. They answered all of my questions honestly, quickly and made the entire process extremely simple and easy. I walked in asking about it and 2 hours later I drove off the lot with it. The car itself is clean, well maintained, and exactly as described for a great price. I would definitely recommend this dealership but specifically Mike to anyone looking to buy a car the way we all want to buy one. With no pressure just good business, transparency, and a genuinely smooth experience from start to finish.
