I had an absolutely fantastic experience selling my vehicle at St. Charles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I came in with my 2026 Genesis GV70 3.5T Sport Prestige — metallic Uyuni White with the Sevilla Red interior, only 5,400 miles, top‑spec and in pristine condition. Before stopping here, I went back to Genesis North Aurora (where I originally bought the car 6–7 months ago). Despite the car’s condition and rarity, the experience there wasn’t what I expected, and they weren’t willing to work with me as a returning customer. On my way home, I noticed the “We Buy Cars” sign at St. Charles CDJR and decided to stop in — and I’m so glad I did. I met with Ash and the Used Car Sales Director (Matt), and both were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and straightforward. I explained my situation, and within just a few minutes of honest conversation, they worked with me and we came to an agreement that felt fair and easy for both sides. No games, no pressure, no back‑and‑forth — just a smooth, respectful process. The entire experience at STC CDJR was outstanding. I had one of the smoothest car-buying experiences ever at this dealership. Historically with other dealers, I've always spent 4hrs+ with the finance guy. This entire financing process took only about 20 minutes, which was incredibly efficient. I went home and came back the next day to sign and take the keys. Angel was extremely helpful throughout the process. We test drove multiple cars, and he took the time to walk me through the pros and cons of each one I was considering. I really appreciated his honesty and guidance, it made the decision much easier. Victor stepped in the next day while Angel was off and helped seal the deal. I truly hope both of them receive credit for the sale, as they each played an important role in making this such a positive experience. John in finance was also excellent. Since I work in finance myself, I really appreciated his approach. He had all of the numbers prepared and clearly explained. He didn’t try to upsell me at all and focused on making sure I was comfortable with both the figures and the payment. I was also pleasantly surprised that the payment came in lower than expected. Overall, the team went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled. Thank you!!

My Sales person Angel, was a pleasure to work with! He was very accommodating, and willing to listen to my questions, as well as show me other options of the vehicle I was looking at. We would do business with him again in the future! John in finance was great to work with as well. He brought up only what he needed to and wasn’t over pushy. He respected us.

My husband and I purchased a 2019 Toyota Highlander Platinum and our sales guy Kain was very kind and personable. He made sure our car was cleaned, battery charged, and addressed all of our concerns before signing. He made our overall car buying experience comfortable and we would go through him again for our next vehicle!

My experience at St. Charles Dodge and Jeep Dealership was a 10 out of 10. I had the pleasure of working with a very intelligent and well mannered young man named Mathew. In all my years of purchasing vehicles this was my Best Ever experience from the time I was greeted by front staff until I drove away with my new Dodge. I would also like to give ASH a tremendous thumbs up also. He was also a Fantastic addition to my experience. And as I am being treated so well I find out that Mathew was also the Used Car Sales Manager that sold my son his Dodge right off the Showroom floor about a year earlier.🙏🚚 I will end this Exelent conversation with saying this.
