My car ran low on coolant and overheated on Thursday. Friday morning I called Precision Motorworks and spoke with Lucas. He said if I could get the car in they would be able to look at it. I got my car towed in Friday morning. They were able to look at it in the afternoon and gave me an inspection report with pictures and a video of coolant leaking from the water pump. They quoted me to replace the water pump, fix my AC and an oil change. I believe their prices were fair and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. I approved the work over the weekend and by Monday afternoon all the work was done and the car was ready to be picked up. So far I'm happy with their work, professionalism and pricing. I would recommend this shop to others looking for an alternative to going to the dealership for service and repairs.

Great experience Precision Motor works with Lucas for my Audi Q5. Found a couple of needed repairs documented and notified quickly with by text with links to pictures and reasonable quotes. Lucas followed up with the warranty company and got most of it covered. Car came back clean and drives better than ever. Highly recommend this shop.
View on GoogleI’d leave a 0 star review if I could. I got a $11k quote for my BMW. I went to a BMW dealer and they quoted me $4k. I removed my wheels and checked the brakes myself when they said I needed them and they still had plenty of life left on them. As you can tell they have no 1 star reviews so I suspect that this review will get removed. But DONT TRUST THIS PLACE. Edit: I have an update, a different place told and even walked me out to my vehicle and showed my bushings that I “supposedly need” and they were in perfect condition. They also showed me a tie rod that this place claimed I needed and said it was in perfect condition. I see the “owner” replied and said they have certified technicians. No certified technician can say what they told me and actually be certified. I’m a lube tech at a dealership and I ain’t even that stupid. Of course I didn’t list the service because I didn’t do work with them

Kevin and Lucas were kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Their inspection procedure is next level. You will receive a detailed report with photos and comments on what is wrong with your vehicle. Pricing is very reasonable. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. My vehicle runs great and they will be recommended to friends and family. Precision will be my go to Auto repair shop.
View on GoogleHave you ever been to a car service shop for an oil change and had them tell you after, “you’re all set, you don’t need anything else done. The car is in great shape.” Neither have I!! Until going to Precision. They are honest, very personable, and reasonably priced for servicing imports (like BMWs). They have done various minor and major repairs and maintenance on my car over the last couple of years and always with good results. After being a dealership-only car owner, these guys changed my mind.
