This shop is a gem. I called around to countless shops and no one would touch my 1923 T Bucket. Jim and his wife welcomed my car in and were as nice as could be. Jim at was a book of knowledge. Not only did he inspect every inch of the car but he provided a list from major to minor repairs recommended. No pressure at all on doing any of the work. We went over each line item and went from there. Ill be definitely be bringing all my cars to Old Skool.

I’d had my car to two previous shops for repair where problem persisted. I’d nearly given up hope but thankfully Jim successfully diagnosed issue and correctly fixed vehicle ahead of promised time. Come here first! I can’t recommend this mechanic highly enough. After multiple shops failed to diagnose and repair a complex electrical harness issue, Jim stepped in and solved it. They took the time to properly troubleshoot the wiring instead of guessing or throwing parts at it. Their diagnostic process was thorough, methodical, and clearly based on real electrical expertise. They identified the root cause, explained it in a way that made sense, and completed the repair correctly the first time. If you’re dealing with an electrical problem that other shops can’t figure out, this is the place to go. Honest, skilled, and extremely competent. Five stars all the way.

I’d recommended anyone to take there vehicle to Jim. I took my 2007 dodge 2500 to him to get my injectors done and Jim kept me updated throughout the whole process and was honest with me about everything. I have nothing but good things to say about old Skool garage would recommended to anyone.
