This service department somehow was able to find the most incompetent employees. A simple warranty for 2 damaged wires inside the back of a seat has somehow turned into “cause by an external influence” but they cannot describe how. Keep in mind the seat cover, pocket and nothing, and I mean absolutely nothing else inside the seat shows any kind of damage, just the 2 wires. Originally they wouldn’t submit the claim to ford warranty then when they did they worded it in a way to guarantee a denial from Ford. If you want any kind of warranty work, steer clear and honestly if you want service work I’d go somewhere else as the estimate they gave was so inflated it’s absurd.

My transmission went out on my 2020 vehicle. Needed a full rebuild which would have cost more than my car was worth. Problem was, I'm upside down still on the loan from the 2020 vehicle. Chris & Eric went above and beyond to help me out & make a painful process as easy as possible. Got a new 2026 & for as good of a deal as I could have hoped. They hacked at the price & made things affordable. Thank you, guys.

I have had service done here a few times and everyone is so helpful. Most recently, I had a flat tire at my home. Ford came out to put on the spare, took the flat back to Ford to repair it, then came back to my house to put it back on my car. They kept me updated the entire time and I did not have to worry about a thing. This place has the best service department.

My transit van during delivery suffered some body damage. After purchase i was installing running boards and noticed it. I took it back and showed them the damage. Because of where it was on the vehicle it would have started rusting early. They could have said it was me that did it, but they made a honest judgment and said they would fix it. The body shop did a good job and I'm happy 😊. Thanks to Kathleen in service and Bill in sales.
