My family and I have had a great experience with Jeff and the team, very good service at reasonable prices. They also get their work done efficiently so I can get back on the road quickly. I highly recommend these folks for all of your car maintenance needs!

Before coming to Fox River Tire & Auto I've paid out my pocket almost $3,000 redoing the mistake a mechanic (im not talking about Fox River Tire & Auto) made when he replaced my fuel pump when all I needed was a relay that was a $50 part. After the mechanic ( im not talking about Fox River Tire & Auto) replaced the fuel pump the week after I took it to Aamco because the same issue occured and when they took a look under, they said wires were exposed so they had to take the fuel pump out again to redo the wires that was exposed and put the $50 part in that was needed in the first place. Fast-forward........now I have my engine light on when it wasnt there before and i need to smog and register my vehicle. Then I take it to Firestone and left it there for two days for them to not know why the engine light is on. Now im traumatized from my past experiences but I didnt lose hope and looked up a 5 star repair shop near my job so I can leave it and go back to work. That shop was Fox River Tire & Auto. Within a day they knew what was wrong and what they needed to do. Throughout the day I would call to get updates and they were able to communicate what they were working on, why and what they were doing next, unlike Firestone. Also when I unloaded my things from my vehicle to place in the waiting area they asked if I needed a ride to where I needed to go. So immediately I recognized value in their service and while I was at work calling about the car I recognized the value in the knowledge they had as mechanics to talk with me about what they were doing. Also, i saw the value in how they executed the job that my engine light was off on the second day. In addition, my car is fine to stay there until I come back from the road, and they have different payment methods that can help with me paying the bill or I can just press the link a pay something towards it. Finally, I am very pleased that I took my car to them because they've given me so much of a peace mind. So I'll end this by saying "THANK YOU AGAIN FOX RIVER AND TIRE!"

I have a 1969 Chevy that needed a front end alinement and few place have the knowledge and experience to work on older care. Fox River Tire did a great job and got it done in a few hours. Now the car tracks straight down the road and feels much more stable while driving

The appointment process online was straightforward and communication was clear and prompt. I also appreciated getting a ride home after dropping off my vehicle as well as to pickup my vehicle. I'll definitely be coming back again for any future work!
