We have brought in three of our family cars at various and multiple times; Most recently today our daughter’s car. Excel Automotive is fast and efficient with diagnosis as well as the repairs. The team members including owner are always honest and pleasant to work with.

I'm several months late writing this... I called and asked for a quote for replacing oil return lines for my truck's turbochargers, replacing the oil pan and replacing seals and bearings on my rear axle (I really just needed the seals but since it was all taken apart I wanted the bearings done too). I had them do all the work except for the oil pan. I received a couple calls across a couple days that some parts were out of stock and also that they were given the wrong parts. I have another car so it wasn't a huge deal for me. Then on a Friday, I get a call at like 5:15pm that the work is done on my truck. I said okay, what time do you guys close? He said 5:00pm and that they're not open on the weekend. A bit confused, I asked if I left now could I get my truck? The person said yes so we quickly left to go get my truck. When we got there I paid and the person said by the way, they never got the bearings for my rear axles and so they only changed the seals. But, if I come to them to do my oil pan, they'll do the bearings 'under warranty' and I would only need to pay for the parts (or maybe it was the gear oil?). I couldn't believe it. I would rather have had them keep my car another day or two if that's what it took to replace the bearings. The work they did do seems to be okay. I haven't had any issues or leaks. However, I won't be going back here in the future. Very disappointed.

I just picked my car up from Excel and can’t believe how nicely my car is running. Excel diagnosed the problem quickly gave us an amazing deal, and did the repairs in a timely manner. They are honest, reliable, fast courteous I can’t say enough good things about them. If you need your car repaired take it to Excel and they’ll take care of you.

Once my kids started driving I purchased used cars for them. I know nothing about cars and had tremendous anxiety about maintaining these cars and being taken advantage of my dealerships or independent mechanics. My neighbor recommended Minor and Excel after she took her daughter’s used car and he honestly advised her the money she needed to spend wasn’t worth it on this car. That impressed me and Minor has serviced all my cars ever since. Minor is so straightforward. Unfortunatley, my cars have needed significant repairs including one with a completely failed transmission at 75k miles. Minor was excellent in every case. I felt well informed, understood my options and was comfortable I wasn’t been taken advantage of. Bottom line is Minor is a stand up guy and Excel is a top notch team. I hate spending $$ on car repairs, but am thankful I have such a competent and trustworthy partner in Minor and Excel. I assure you there isn’t anyone better.
