The employees at this tire center are so lazy and incompetent. Every year they say the tires I have have a new issue. Then I go down the street to a more reputable tire shop just for them to tell me they are perfectly fine. Don’t get fleeced by Costco tire, they will upsell you or just plain refuse service with perfectly good tires! BUYER BEWARE.
View on GoogleMy parents have been buying tires from Costco for several years. About 2 months ago picked up my mom's prius after getting new tires and the vehicle reeked of brake clean. It was like the seat was sprayed. I use brake clean all the time I've never once made a vehicle smell like that. On my dad's birthday the 1/13/24 our tire psi was low. We pull up to the complimentary pump parking spot. My dad starts pumping a tire a worker comes out slides a closed sign over the pump and says that's the last tire. This is during a snow storm and we had to drive on 28psi. I just don't get why they couldn't wait three minutes. Seemed like the worker was cold and didn't want to come back out.
