Highly recommend this shop! From the moment I walked in, everything was clean, organized, and professional. Jon went above and beyond working directly with my extended warranty to make sure my repairs were covered and then some which took a huge amount of time and stress off my plate. They kept me updated throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and even dropped my vehicle off for me when the repairs were finished. It's rare to find a mechanic shop that combines great customer service with honesty and professionalism, but they absolutely delivered. I'll definitely be coming back for future service!

Our entire family brings their cars to Outlier for repair. They do an amazing job! They are very professional. After evaluating your vehicle, they email an itemized proposal detailing what needs to be done. Communication is great! Turnaround is usually a day or two. They service our Toyota, Audi and Sonata. They've repaired brakes, shocks, tires, oil change. Honest guys that do a great job!

Man, these guys really are awesome. I'm one of those annoying people who are skeptical of every mechanic (or contractor, or HVAC specialist, or blah blah blah) and these guys put me totally at ease. They explained everything humbly and patiently and even deferred charges for my diagnostic because the situation required a little more observation before action (which was very nice of them and they didn't have to do). Additionally, they made some special schedule accommodations to help me out on a personal level. Truly five-star service 🙏🙏.
